maple syrup (no.3 dark)
red miso paste
ume plum paste
cacao powder
Green’s powder
vegan vanilla protein powder – Vega or Sun warrior
almond milk – unsweetened vanilla (no carrageenan)

BALANCING BERRY SMOOTHIE
SERVES: 20
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
4-8 cups greens (spinach, lettuce, or mixed greens)
1 tsp. Tripow or greens powder
1/2 avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (vegan) or 1/2 banana
SWEET RAW BEET SALAD
SERVES: 20
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups beets – shredded
1 medium red/purple cabbage shredded
2 cups carrots – shredded
1/4 – 1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/4 – 1/3 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
DRESSING:
Hemp oil
Lemon juice
Real maple syrup (no.3 dark)
Herbamere
CLEANSING SALAD:
SERVES: 20
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 bunches of lettuce or 2 box of mixed greens
1/2 red onion
4-6 green onions
2 sweet peppers
1 cup quinoa (dry)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro or parsley (or more to taste)
DRESSING:
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 handful fresh parsley
3-5 Tablespoons Miso (gluten-free)
1-2 cloves Garlic
1/3 Cup Olive oil
1 Lemon (fresh juice)
Splash of Ume plum vinegar
Put the ingredients in a food processor; add water a little at a time until desired consistency. You may also add more water to get a runny consistency, this is great for salad dressing.
SUPERFOOD CHOCOLATE BARK
SERVES: 20
Ingredients:
1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup raw cacao powder, sifted if necessary
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup brazil nuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins (no sulphur or added sugar)
1/2 cup raspberries
pinch fine sea salt
In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in the raw cacao powder and maple syrup until smooth. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste. Stir in half of the almonds and brazil nuts.
With a spatula, spoon the chocolate mixture onto the prepared parchment-lined pan or sheet and smooth out until it’s about 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle on the remaining nuts and all of the raisins. Place into freezer on a flat surface for about 15 minutes, until frozen solid. Once frozen, break apart into bark. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
