Artisan cheeses from Heritage Dairy Farm in Courtenay, British Columbia

In 2001, the Heritage Dairy Farm came to a crossroads and, determined both to preserve their values and to diversify their offerings, founded Natural Pastures Cheese Company. One year later, the small artisan cheese company was joined by Swiss Master Cheesemaker, Paul Sutter. Paul embraced the creative potential of fresh milk.

At Natural Pastures, all of their traditional and inspired cheeses are handcrafted with the fresh, wholesome milk of Island cows and water buffalo.
